Stony Plain MLA approached by Wildrose Alliance

In an interview with Dave Rutherford today, Fred Lindsay said he had been approached by the Wildrose Alliance. Fred says he wouldn’t cross the floor, but that he wouldn’t rule out running for them in a future election.
Lindsay’s political future has been in question since January 13th, when Stelmach introduced a cabinet shuffle that saw Lindsay lose his position as Solicitor General and Minister of Public Security. Fred was considered to be a member of the Magnificent Seven: those members who originally supported Stelmach’s leadership bid.
