Search Warrant executed in Spruce Grove, AB
On February 28, 2013 the Spruce Grove / Stony Plain RCMP General Investigation Section, Crime Reduction Unit and Tri Municipal Drug Team executed a search warrant on a residence in Spruce Grove, AB.
RCMP recovered two stolen snowmobiles and several stolen items that had been taken from gym lockers across the Edmonton area. These accused would attend sports facilities and cut locker room locks and steal the contents. This operation concluded over 15 theft files across Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park and Edmonton. Among the stolen items recovered was an expensive turtle stolen from a pet store in Edmonton. The turtle has been returned to the store.
Three persons have been charged with 12 counts each of Possession of Stolen Property under $5000.
Charged is a 17 year old male youth from Spruce Grove, Alberta will be in Stony Plain Youth court on Friday March 15, 2013 at 9:30 AM.
Devon Reilly TOEWS (female) age 20 of Spruce Grove, Alberta, will be in Stony Plain Provincial Court on Wednesday March 27, 2013 at 9:30 AM.
Dustin KYLE SCHROEDER (male) age 18 of Spruce Grove, Alberta, will be in Stony Plain Provincial Court on Wednesday March 6, 2013.
